Christmas Break

We made it to SLC for our Christmas break with the Feathies. Andrew's first plane ride went well--he ate & slept. He is happy to hang out with the Featherstones now because they take such good care of him. He is all smiles now. It is so much fun.

We have been to numerous parties and gatherings since we've been here. Here is a photo sampling...

And then I realized, "oh yeah, the grandmas have gone home."

We're all on our own. (sigh)

He just keeps growing.

Four weeks old, plus a few videos

Andrew turned 4 weeks old this week. It is amazing how time flies. He is getting more and more alert, and is now awake all morning and asleep all night (not including a feeding every 3 hours). He has always been in 3-6 month clothes, but now they actually fit him.

I have been promising our family we would put up some of the recent videos. Here is Andrew this morning after his feeding.

One funny thing about Andrew is how much he likes to move his head around--particularly when we're trying to burp him over the shoulder.

Happy 3 weeks old

So our Andrew is now three weeks old. Here are some pics that Eric took of our little Chicago GSB (now Booth) guy. Great job Eric.

Mike promised the GSB LEAD peeps that we'd send some pics of Andrew in his future LEAD facilitator polo.

We just adore being parents to such an angel.

Almost two weeks

Here is our little philosopher son, deep in thought (okay, asleep). Mike just took this a minute ago as we were putting up this post. He loves to put his hand up when he sleeps.

Tomorrow is Andrew's second week birthday. Here are some pictures of the last two weeks.

We're so happy grandma Marianne is here! Andrew couldn't be happier (and Erin & Mike can finally get some sleep).

Here are pics of Andrew's first trip to the pediatrician. Let is be known that he was nine days old in this picture and weighed in at 11 pounds 6 ounces. Our pediatrician didn't believe the scale and had to weigh him twice.
