Andrew in a play
The Busy Bee class performed a play called "the Ant and the Grasshopper" for the drama portion of their school day. Andrew is in the back on the left standing up. The child at front is Tadele in the rehearsal (this is the only photo I have).

Park trip to TTDI park
This weekend we took a trip to a local park called TTDI Park (TTDI is short for Taman Tun Dr Ismail). We had never been there before, but then after several friends commented on going there we thought we'd better take a look. There was a little playground, a pond with turtles, and lots of pathways to walk (which included some monkeys). It was pretty hot so we drank lots of water.
Here Joseph and I are showing off our bellies.
I asked, Joseph, "where is baby Elizabeth?" (that is what we call her these days) And he is showing me where she is
No kissing, no planting seeds, etc etc
We found a big dinosaur leaf
turtles
monkeys
We stay away from monkeys here
Getting back in the car after a fun trip
Driving past our local mosque on the way home

Family photos at Crystal Cove over New Years
As a side note I have to give a shout out to my new BFF Lirola. She makes the most beautiful custom dresses on ETSY. Check out her page here.
Sending love from the Featherstones.

Gong Xi Fa Cai!
Happy Chinese new year to everyone!

Andrew's school had a Chinese new year parade and his class sang a song about chinese new year, complete with lyrics about eating mandarin oranges and accepting ang bao (money in the red envelopes).
Joseph wasn't in the parade (he does not go to the school) but we brought him in his red Chinese dress so he could enjoy watching Andrew.
